Unleashed Software is a cloud inventory and order-management platform for wholesalers, distributors, and manufacturers, covering customers, suppliers, products, stock, sales orders, quotes, invoices, and shipments. OW Sync will connect the Unleashed API with HubSpot so your customer base, catalogue, and sales documents flow into your CRM — and sales orders can be raised back in Unleashed — keeping sales and operations in step.

- Orders – Two-way sync between Unleashed sales orders and HubSpot orders, with their line items
- Deals & Invoices – Surface sales quotes on HubSpot deals and invoices on HubSpot invoices, each with their line items
- Products & Stock – Keep the product catalogue in sync and surface stock on hand on HubSpot products
- Despatch Status – Surface shipment and fulfilment status on the HubSpot order record
- Workflow Actions – Create and update customers, contacts, and products, raise and update sales orders, add line items, and complete an order in Unleashed from HubSpot
- Custom Field Mapping – Map Unleashed fields to HubSpot properties
- Self-Service Credentials – Generate your own API ID and key from inside Unleashed; no vendor sign-off required
